1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Simpliù ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that firm to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Simpliù is a practice management platform designed for Chartered Accountant firms in India. The Service includes client management, compliance tracking, invoicing, work assignment management, communication tools, and AI-assisted features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data you enter into the platform
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Simpliù. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Subscription & Billing

When paid plans become available, they will be billed on a recurring basis as selected during signup. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI Features & Credits

The Service includes AI-powered features (collectively "Aloy AI") that process content through third-party AI models hosted on AWS Bedrock:

  • Document AI: When you analyze a document, its content is sent to AWS Bedrock for processing. You represent that you have the right to process any document you submit for AI analysis. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated summaries and draft replies against original documents before acting on them.
  • AI Credits: AI features consume credits based on usage (document size, query type). Credit consumption is non-refundable once processing begins. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated content (summaries, insights, draft replies) is provided for reference and convenience only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy and making professional judgments.
  • Data Processing: Documents and queries are processed within AWS infrastructure in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Content is not stored by the AI provider after processing and is not used for model training.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simpliù is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
